From paper to personal bests
Choose the shutter speed. Let Auto ISO handle the changing light. S-Mode Camera brings shutter-priority photos and video to your iPhone, so you decide whether movement looks crisp or beautifully blurred.
Sca, chack and save
Take a photo in the app or choose an image from Photos. Check the suggested sheet layout, adjust the grid and select the columns containing scores. Review each player and score before saving. Handwriting recognition can make mistakes: you always have the final say.
Quick corrections, with the paper in view
See a small image of each score next to its interpretation. Tap a value to choose a valid score or enter a correction. The upper section supports ordinary numbers and the check-mark, plus and minus notation used on many Maxi Yatzy sheets. You can also register scores without a photo.
Yatzy and Maxi Yatzy
Choose from six built-in sheet layouts based on score sheets sold in Sweden and Norway, or create a custom layout from a photo. For Maxi Yatzy, choose a 50-point bonus at 75 points or a 100-point bonus at 84 points. Set your usual choice in Settings and change it for an individual import when needed.
Every score, every round
Save the individual scores, players, date and sheet image, not just the final total. Open a saved result to see the complete score table. If a sheet contains several rounds for the same player, each column can be linked to that player and saved as a separate round. Leave unfinished reviews as drafts and continue later.
Follow your personal bests
Compare high scores and average scores, then explore each player’s progress across their rounds. See the number of rounds played and how often they achieved the bonus or Yatzy. Yatzy and the two Maxi Yatzy bonus variants have separate statistics so that different scoring systems stay distinct.
Offline, with backups you control
Scanning, score review, history and statistics work on your iPhone without an internet connection. No account is required. Export a backup with your players, scores, drafts, custom layouts and saved sheet images, then import it on another device. Import replaces the app’s current data; export a copy first if you want to keep it.
Support and privacy
Yatzykollen does not send your score sheets, player names or results to us. There are no ads, tracking or third-party analytics in the app.
